Sargol
Sargol it is made up of the red stigmas which have been professionally cut and separated from the styles prior to drying. Stigmas cut this way provide maximum flavour, aroma and colour in cooking and baking.
Pushali
Pushal’ or ‘Poushali’ is the red stigma with a yellowish tail at the bottom. This type of saffron has a lower colour strength compared with Sargol.
Bunch
Bunch includes all parts of saffron, consisting of both the style and red-coloured stigma.
